Bitget, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the launch of a Web3 apprentice program, marking a significant step in its corporate social responsibility initiatives. The program is designed to nurture the next generation of crypto leaders and provide a platform for them to bring innovative ideas to the ever-evolving crypto landscape.

The Bitget COO Apprentice Program, set to make its debut in Europe, offers participants an unparalleled opportunity to explore the world of Web3. Under the guidance of Bitget’s top executives, including COO Vugar Usi Zade, apprentices will receive hands-on training and mentorship. The program aims to equip participants with in-depth knowledge and skills, enabling them to make substantial contributions to the Web3 ecosystem.

This three-month paid apprenticeship will provide participants with practical training from Bitget’s senior leadership team. The program is designed to prepare participants to become influential contributors to the ongoing development of the Web3 landscape.

Additionally, it offers the experience of working in a global corporate structure remotely. The top three participants will be rewarded with an all-expenses-paid mentorship trip to Dubai. This unique opportunity will give them direct access to industry insights and help them build valuable connections alongside Bitget’s COO. 

Usi Zade described the program as “a launchpad for aspiring Web3 enthusiasts and believers to make their mark on the digital finance revolution”. The Bitget COO Apprentice Program is an extension of previous initiatives, including the “Blockchain4Her” program launched earlier this year. 

Bitget’s initiatives reflect its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the blockchain space. With female-led blockchain startups currently receiving only 6% of total sector funding, programs like “Blockchain4Her” are crucial.

The program is part of Bitget’s broader Blockchain4Youth initiative, which was launched in May 2023 with a five-year commitment of $10m. With the introduction of the COO Apprentice Program, Bitget aims to immerse participants in the world of Web3, shaping them into the future leaders of the blockchain space.
