The wallet provider stated that the browser extension will provide customers access to tens of thousands of Web3 decentralized applications (dApps) as well as a secure multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet because Web3 dApps are originally created for desktop-sized screens and many users prefer to access Web3 dApps with a desktop.
Customers can use the TW browser extension to swap tokens, earn rewards, access the Metaverse, and play popular Web3 games. Trust Wallet mobile application customers can also use the desktop browser by importing their wallet to move between the mobile and desktop flawlessly.
The CEO of TW, Eowyn Chen stated that customers’ top request has been for a browser extension with features similar to those of the Trust Wallet mobile app. He added that the browser extension is therefore designed for users, so they may access the fascinating dApps on many chains using whichever device they like.
Trust Wallet Emphasizing Safe Custodial to Crypto Users
The sudden collapse of FTX has brought about a lot of changes in the blockchain industry. Key industry experts and exchange platforms are already clamoring for the safe custody of tokens by users.
Trust Wallet recently posted a blog that explained what self-custody is all about. The blog post highlighted that self-custodial refers to the ownership and management of users’ digital assets.
A third party is usually responsible for providing custodial wallets that store cryptocurrency assets on their behalf. The report further emphasized that the wallet has consistently been ranked among the best self-custodial wallets on the market due to its simplicity and emphasis on privacy.
TW also announced earlier in the month, that it is thrilled to support the new feature of introducing NFTs digital collectibles on Instagram as a proud partner wallet for Meta. As a result of the partnership, this new tool will make it simple for users to support their favorite NFT creators by purchasing their digital collectibles straight from Instagram.
